Pursuant to Minnesota Statute 204B.07, the terms of this nomination petition are as follows:
We, the undersigned eligible voters, residing in the election district for the office set forth below, hereby nominate by petition Michael John Burnett who resides at 18937 Huntley Trail, Lakeville, MN and who represents the Independent Party for the office of Minnesota Governor to be voted on at the general election to be held on November 3rd, 2026.
We, the undersigned eligible voters, residing in the election district for the office set forth below, hereby nominate by petition Julie Rebecca Burnett who resides at 18937 Huntley Trail, Lakeville, MN and who represents the Independent Party for the office of Minnesota Lieutenant Governor to be voted on at the general election to be held on November 3rd, 2026.
"I solemnly swear (or affirm) that I know the contents and purpose of this petition, that I do not intend to vote at the primary election for the office for which this nominating petition is made, and that I signed this petition of my own free will."
I, we, understand that all submitted nomination forms are available for public inspection, and that I, we, understand that I am of eligible age, and residence, and allow the petitioning candidate to send email messages for promotional news and events.
