Duplicate voting registration in the figures around 240,000 votes are suspected of being fraudulent in Dakota County alone, that according to a DOJ complaint filed with the Minnesota Secretary of State Steve Simon. You can also "Vouch" for non citizens to vote same day in elections in Minnesota. You may also claim to have a permanent absentee ballot registered to a PO Box and vote in every Minnesota election. And once the votes are tallied they are discarded of immediately. Minnesota is the only state to do so. The next state that retains their ballots for the shortest period of time is California which maintains it must retain ballots for five years. No other country in the world allows ballots to be discarded earlier than five years.
